WHO I SERVE:
BOOKING Policy:
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure appointments.
Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Booking & Payment Policy

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and services. The retainer will be applied toward your total service balance.
Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations, no-shows, or appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Yes. Many of our services can be completed virtually, including consultations, capsule wardrobe creation, occasion styling, and travel styling.
Do you travel?
Yes. In-person services are available throughout North Carolina. Travel fees apply outside the standard service area.

Clients are encouraged to gather inspiration photos, identify style goals, and have wardrobe access available if participating in a closet-focused service.

Absolutely. Recommendations are tailored to your personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

Yes. Many clients combine services for a more comprehensive styling experience.
